Harambee Stars captain, 29 year old Victor Wanyama has taken legal action against the 19-year-old socialite Shakilla, as well as Arthur Mandela alias Xtian Dela for defamation. The notice surfaced just days after she was arrested for trespassing into Pozze's compound. The charges were later dropped and was released, then the social media circus began (Story for another day)

"Take notice that the application dated 6th October 2020 has been fixed for hearing on 10th November 2020 at Milimani Law Courts at 9.00 am in the forenoon or soon thereafter in the High Court at Nairobi,"
Read an order from Milimani High Court to Shakilla and Mandela, then continued:
"Take further notice that if no appearance is made by yourself or your appointed advocate or someone authorized by law, the matter will proceed and orders issued your absence notwithstanding."
"The post that you have made about me being sued by Wanyama is nun but a hoax. I received the pdf a few days ago on my whatsapp from a person by the name Amos Mutambu who claimed was an authorized court server. I didn't reply back and instead called my lawyer and contacted the number which was off"
Stated Shakilla publicly on her instagram page. She also claims that on the 11th of October, she turned up at Milimani Law courts only to be told that the document did not come from them.

The alledged law suit served by one Amos Kivisu Mutambu is purported to have originated from an electronic shop according to Shakilla. What's your take on this? Amos did his serving, doesn't matter how but he did it. Could it be that Shakilla is trying to console herself that it's a fake? Only time will tell, sit back and let's see how it all turns out.
