TikTok is a Chinese video-sharing social networking service owned by ByteDance, a Beijing-based company founded in 2012 by Zhang Yiming. It is used to create short dance, lip-sync, comedy, and talent videos. The app was launched in 2017 for iOS and Android in markets outside of China. Every other Kenyan on the internet, especially on Twitter are talking about the ‘Utawezana Challenge’ coined after Femi One’s hit song ‘Utawezana’ with Mejja. Femi One has the hottest song out right now dubbed ‘Utawezana’ and thanks to Azziad Nasenya on social media has made the song even more popular by her dance moves and Kenyans have been talking about her and the challenge.
Kenyan sleuths on Twitter made it their business to find out the official social media handles of the dancer, Azziad Nasenya who has made the challenge worthwhile and entertaining.
